Neighborhood Association Quarterly Meeting, Tues, July 10, 6:30-8pm

Road resurfacing is coming to El Chaparral! Come to the El Chaparral Neighborhood Association (ECNA) meeting at the New Horizons Methodist Church to learn more. Our guest speaker will be Micah Taylor, Boone County Public Works Engineer and Project Manager. Come to learn about the timeline for the project and find out when you will be affected. Bring your questions and be ready to talk about our great neighborhood. Hope to see you on the 10th at 6:30!

El Chap Garage Sale AND a Potluck!

This Saturday, June 9:

Annual El Chaparral Garage Sale, beginning at 7am. All of the advertising is complete! Now all you have to do is organize and price your items for sale. We always draw a huge crowd, so get ready for lots of buyers. If you live toward the back of the neighborhood, it’s helpful to put up signs along El Chaparral Avenue directing traffic to your sale.

And because you have been asking, we are hosting a Neighborhood Potluck at 5pm June 9. in the El Chaparral Park directly behind our Vice President Katie Goodrich’s home, 1584 S. Sonora Drive.

What to bring: A dish to share, something to put on the grill, a beverage and a chair. Come and celebrate another successful garage sale with us, meet your neighbors and enjoy our beautiful park!
